1964 Silver Kennedy Half Dollar in Sterling Silver Bezel
Capture a stunning piece of American numismatic history with this beautiful 1964 Kennedy Half Dollar Silver Coin, elegantly mounted inside a secure silver bezel pendant loop! Struck in 90% fine silver, 1964 represents the historic first year of the Kennedy Half Dollar series and the final year the United States Mint produced 90% silver coins for general circulation. Commissioned immediately following the tragic loss of President John F. Kennedy, these coins were instantly hoarded by an adoring public, leaving very few to see actual commerce. This specific piece bypassed the melting pots of the past six decades to survive as a portable heirloom, complete with a functional, ready-to-wear bail. Perfect for jewelry enthusiasts, silver investors, or historical collectors alike, it offers a tangible connection to the spirit of 1960s America while securing physical bullion value. Add this timeless jewelry-mounted classic to your collection today through Gold & Silver Assay!
